Things to know

Arrival:

During the winter months in the Alps, the driving conditions can sometimes be tricky. Good quality winter tyres, as well as snow chains, are strongly recommended!

Check-in/Check-out:

You can check in your apartment on the day of arrival from 14:00 hrs.

On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment and your parking space before 10:00.

Shopping:

In Saalbach Hinterglemm, there are plenty of grocery stores, for example, Billa, M-Preis & Spar.

You will also find various sports shops, souvenir shops and clothing stores.

Location:

Our house is in a sunny location above the centre of Saalbach. The distance from the town centre to the Apartment House Marie-Anderl is approximately 1.5 kilometres.

Pets:
Thank you for your understanding that pets are not allowed.

Parking:

A free car park is available directly at the accommodation. Please park in such a way that there is room left for other guests.

Ski In - Ski Out:

If you want to get on the piste, you won’t need your car. “Marie-Anderl” is on the sunny side of Saalbach on the Kohlmais. You can reach your accommodation by skis via piste No. 151 or the ski route 150.

Ski room:

You can put your ski equipment in the lockable ski room next to the entrance.

Cancellation Conditions:

In the flat Gästehaus Marie-Anderl the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply:

o Up to three months before arrival - no cancellation fees

o 3 to 1 month before arrival - 40% of the total price

o 1 month to 1 week before arrival - 70% of the total price

o 1 week to 1 day before arrival - 90% of the total price

o In case of no-show - 100% of the total price

Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail or post.
